We love WDBX!

WDBX 91.1FM is the community radio station here in Southern Illinois that has provided us the airtime, equipment, training, and support needed to make our dream of Faithfully Subversive a reality. Without WDBX, Faithfully Subversive simply would not exist. We aren't alone over there at the station, either. Our fellow WDBX volunteers produce several unique shows. From Amber's womyn's music show to Aur and Treesong's environmental talk radio to "Dr. Incognito and Claire's" 80s Hades, so many of our friends have benefited from the opportunities that are only possible at a community radio station like WDBX.

Because WDBX is a community project, it is supported by community donations. About 1/3 of the funding comes from listeners who believe in what we are doing. Our Spring Membership Drive begins this week and will run for two weeks. If you have not yet joined WDBX or renewed your membership, please join now. Donation amounts start at a $10 student membership, and those who donate $100 or more will receive a new WDBX "It takes a community to raise a radio station" t-shirt in whatever color they like. You can donate online or by calling 618-457-3691. Please be sure to mention our show, Faithfully Subversive, in the comment box when donating online.

Help us reach our show's funding goal this year - Just $50! Along with the other shows on WDBX, we can keep the spirit of community radio alive. Support the station that brings you Southern Illinois' one and only progressive Christian radio show!

WDBX Mission Statement
WDBX provides a public forum for artistic and
cultural expression and for the exchange of ideas
among individuals and the community.
